By accessing this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site or submit an inquiry to Trendy Looks Limited (“Trendy Looks,” “we,” “us”).

Trendy Looks Limited is an apparel export and sourcing house established in 2002 and based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, providing end-to-end sourcing, sampling, merchandising, quality assurance and logistics services for international retailers and wholesalers.

Submitting a quote request through this website is an expression of interest only and does not constitute a binding order. Pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times and product specifications discussed prior to a signed proforma invoice or purchase order are indicative and subject to confirmation. A binding commercial relationship is formed only once both parties agree to written order terms.

Prices quoted are subject to change based on final specifications, order quantity, fabric and trim availability, and prevailing raw-material costs at the time of order confirmation. Payment terms (including any deposit, balance and payment method) are agreed per order and set out in the relevant proforma invoice or contract.

Lead times shared on this website or in correspondence are estimates based on typical production conditions and are confirmed on a per-order basis once samples are approved and bulk fabric is booked. Trendy Looks is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including force majeure events, carrier delays, or delays in client sign-off.

Designs, tech packs, and specifications supplied by a client remain that client’s property. Trendy Looks treats client designs, pricing and unreleased collections as confidential and will not share them with third parties outside our production network without consent, except where necessary to fulfil an order (e.g. with an approved factory or fabric mill).

Bulk production is inspected against agreed AQL standards prior to shipment. Clients or their appointed representatives are welcome to visit our listed, compliance-audited factories and raw-material suppliers by prior arrangement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from use of this website or a commercial relationship with Trendy Looks Limited is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on this page is the version in effect.
